King Oak Estates (“we”, “us”) is a pre-construction home development by Southbury Homes, with sales by Realtor’s Collective, Century 21 Leading Edge Realty Inc. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you register on this site we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and phone number (optional). With your consent, we also record that you have opted in to receive marketing updates.
If you accept analytics cookies, we collect standard usage data through Google Analytics 4 (such as pages viewed and approximate location) and Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymized session interactions (clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, with the text you type masked) to build heatmaps and session replays showing how the site is used. Analytics are off until you accept them.
Why we collect it
- To send you floor plans, pricing, and project updates you request.
- To contact you about the homes.
- To understand, with consent, how the site is used so we can improve it.
How it is stored and shared
Registration details are stored securely in our database (Supabase) and shared with Realtor’s Collective (Century 21 Leading Edge Realty Inc.) for the purpose of responding to you. We use Resend to deliver email notifications, Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from automated abuse, and (with your consent) Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for site analytics. Some of these service providers process data in the United States. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep active registration data in our CRM. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link). To make a request, contact us using the details below.
